Read the chapter on liquid diets for directions in giving this. After use of the liquid diet for a few days, the patient should choose his food for at least eight weeks, from the base forming list only, as given in table VII, and those high in vitamins A, B and E, particularly the latter, depending for energy upon the potato with other root vegetables, such as beets, carrots, parsnips, etc., together with dried fruit. Omit cereals and cereal products of all kinds for that time, and at the end of eight weeks, include any of the whole grain foods. Hay fever is a disease sometimes confused with asthmatic trouble, in which the small bronchial tubes next to the air cells contract, causing difficult breathing, while in the first mentioned condition there is a nasal affection, bronchial catarrh, slight deafness, violent sneezing, and other symptoms, as seen in the common cold. The attacks are generally seasonal, and are brought on by the pollen of some weed or flower which appears during some part of the summer season or early autumn. The symptoms appear suddenly, and as a rule disappear in the same way. This Aloe Vera Gel bundle accommodates one liter of liquid and it is valid for four (four) years.
